If the motor will not run, first check the fuses.
To change motor rotation direction, swap two of wires coming out of the contactor before the soft start. This is much easier than changing the U1,V1,W1,U2,V2,W2 going to the motor leads.
Check the wiring vs the diagram in the Erdman schematics.

Note that the 1,2,3,4,5,6 on the motor leads inside the motor box should NOT match the T1,T2,T3,T4,T5,T6 in the Erdman schematics.
